A beautiful property became a neighborhood...
When noted developer Hank Harrison purchased the property in 1988, he selected this site for its heavily wooded, rolling terrain and access to city services. When asked to provide more information Mr. Harrison said, "The elevation changes about 80 feet within the neighborhood. I elected to locate streets along the ridges so homes might have walkout basements and exceptional views." Soon after purchasing the property, Mr. Harrison conducted a lot lottery for a select number of highly reputable builders, followed by groundbreaking in 1990. The WFG was developed in three phases resulting in a total of 94 residences.
